A 8 km long peninsula surrounded by the water of the valleys and the Adriatic sea, the most part of it covered of a thick and luxuriant pine forest. Its sea water invites people to long and pleasant bathes, while the beach, famous for its wideness, is an immense expanse of a very fine and golden sand, extraordinary clean. (awarded in 2008 the Blue Dolphin from the ARPAV and also in 2014 with 3 sails from Legambiente and Touring Club on Blue Guide).
The location offers many accommodation facilities and commercial activities which satisfies all the tourist's different requirements, such as, hotels, campsites, holiday villages, apartments, swimming pools, tennis courts, touristic docking, shops and any kind of restaurants. Along the immense beach there are many beach establishments equipped in a modern style, with all the services and comforts, with entertainment service, especially for the youngest, allowing parents to enjoy pleasant relax moments. Beach establishments put as first priority the safety, either in the water or on the beach, providing first aid assistance, medical motorbike on the beach, qualified life guards on each station and jet-skier for quick intervention, all the above mentioned, combined with the sea bed, whose depth increases gradually, make of Rosolina a very safe beach either for adults or the kids.
Rosolina Mare enjoys a particular favorable climate, which allows the bathing from May to September and the practicing of any outdoor sport all year round.
There are many different excursion possibilities, from the simple walk, to the bicycle rides through the luxuriant pine forest or along the valleys, and the visiting of well known historic cities such as Venezia, Padova, Ravenna, Vicenza and Verona, all situated only few km from the location.
Rosolina Mare is a seaside resort with many bicycle and pedestrian paths, completely surrounded by vegetation, away from the traffic noise, where you can relax and take advantage of the beneficial effects of the sea.. At only a stone throw's away from Rosolina Mare, you can find Via delle Rose, a beautiful spot where the nature and the work of man have created an environment which is unique in its kind. A 9 km long path immerged in the beautiful nature of lagoons and fishing valleys, where it is possible to find hundreds of different birds spices and in particular the pink flamingos or the charming "Cavaliere d'Italia" , and marvelous "Casoni di valle" which are buildings used by noblemen from the Veneto as haunting residences, all these peculiarities make a spot of an extraordinary naturalistic-environmental charm.
A big naturalistic legacy makes the lido of Rosolina an oasis surrounded by the sea, placed in the heart of the Delta del Po Park, among its beauty it is worth to visit the , "Porto Caleri coastal botanic garden", the only park in its kind in Europe.
